This puppy program is carefully designed around key developmental stages, ensuring that each activity and lesson aligns with your puppy’s growing physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities. We prioritize socialization in a structured, positive way, helping your puppy build confidence, resilience, and appropriate responses to new people, dogs, and environments. By targeting these critical windows, we set your puppy up for a lifetime of balanced behavior and strong coping skills.
We know that raising a puppy can be overwhelming and stressful—it’s a lot of work, especially in the early months. That’s why day training is included in this program. While your puppy is under our guidance, we take on some of the load, giving them structured practice in real-life situations while helping them build confidence, focus, and social skills. This support lets you breathe a little easier while still ensuring your puppy is learning and thriving.

Puppy behavior and how to deal with it
We will go over all the normal puppy behaviors and how to deal with them. This includes housetraining, crate training (if desired), chewing, biting, etc

How to communicate effectively
You might be surprised to know that the majority of dog owners don't understand canine body language. Communication is not one sided. We must be able to read their body language as much as they need to understand what we are asking of them.

Socialization - what it is and how to do it properly
There is a lot of misconceptions about socialization. It is not about the quanitity of dogs and people your puppy meets, but instead it is the quality of new interactions and how you interact together. ​

What is Day Training?
Day training involves our certified, professional dog trainer working directly with your dog during the day while you are at work or otherwise occupied. With puppies, many owners are too busy to focus on all the socialization that should take place before puppies reach that ever important 16 week mark. Day Training allows me to take lead with socialization.
